How Halquin Pool Co. works

  • Licensed & insured

Certificate available on request before work begins.

  • The same technician

One person who knows your pool, not a rotating crew.

  • A fixed weekly day

Service lands on the same day each week, year round.

  • A note after each visit

Readings and anything worth flagging, sent by text.

What we do

Everything a pool needs, from one company.

Weekly care, the equipment pad, and the work that makes an older pool feel new again — handled by the same team, so nothing falls between trades.

Routine care

The weekly rhythm that keeps a pool ready to swim.

  • Weekly Pool Service

The same technician, the same day each week, with water tested and balanced on every visit.

    • Chlorine, pH, alkalinity and stabilizer tested and adjusted
    • Skim, brush the walls and steps, empty baskets
    • Equipment glanced over while we are on site
  • Pool Cleaning

Deeper cleans for pools that have been sitting, or that just came through a storm.

    • Full vacuum, waterline tile scrub, filter clean
    • Algae treatment and clarification
    • Debris recovery after weather

Equipment

The pad is where most pool problems actually start.

  • Equipment Repair

Diagnosis and repair for pumps, heaters, salt systems, controls and plumbing at the pad.

    • Leak and pressure diagnosis
    • Heater and salt cell troubleshooting
    • Valves, unions and seals replaced
  • Pumps & Filters

Replacements and variable-speed conversions, sized to the pool rather than to the old pump.

    • Variable-speed pump conversions
    • Cartridge, sand and DE filter service
    • Correct sizing for the plumbing you have
  • Automation Upgrades

Run the pump, heat and lights from a phone instead of a timer clock in the garage.

    • Phone control for pump, heater and lighting
    • Scheduling and freeze protection
    • Works alongside existing equipment where possible

Renewal

When resurfacing is due, or the whole terrace is dated.

  • Resurfacing

A new interior finish — plaster, quartz or pebble — once the old surface is rough, stained or failing.

    • Drain, chip out and prepare the shell
    • Plaster, quartz or pebble finishes
    • New waterline tile fitted at the same time
  • Pool Renovation

Surface, tile, coping, decking, lighting and equipment planned and replaced as one project.

    • Coping and travertine or paver decking
    • Lighting, water features and spa work
    • One schedule instead of five trades

Maintenance plans

Three levels of weekly care.

Every plan includes chemicals and a fixed weekly visit. The difference is how much of the equipment we take off your hands.

Renovation

An older pool does not need replacing.

Resurfacing, tile, coping, decking, lighting and equipment are usually the whole difference. Done together, the pool is down once instead of five times.

Talk about a renovation

Before

After

Drag to compare. Illustrated concept — a demo visual, not a photograph of a completed project.
  • 01

    Resurfacing

Plaster, quartz or pebble. Pebble costs more and lasts longest; quartz sits in the middle and holds color well.

  • 02

    Waterline tile

Glass, porcelain or stone at the waterline, chosen against the coping and the interior finish rather than on its own.

  • 03

    Coping & decking

Travertine, shellstone or pavers. The coping sets the whole edge line, so it is decided before the deck.

  • 04

    Lighting

Color LED in the pool, and low glare around the deck so the terrace still works after dark.

  • 05

    Automation

Pump, heat, lights and features on one controller, reachable from a phone.

  • 06

    Equipment

Variable-speed pump, filter and heater replaced together while the pool is already down.

How it works

From first call to a pool on a schedule.

  1. Request a quote

Tell us the pool, the address and what is bothering you. The form below takes about a minute.

  2. Assessment

We look at the water, the surface and the equipment pad, and tell you what actually needs doing.

  3. Service plan

A written scope and price. Weekly care, a repair, a renovation, or some combination.

  4. Scheduled care

A fixed day each week and the same technician, so the pool stays in a rhythm.

  5. Ongoing support

Equipment watched over time, and a number to call when something changes.

Questions

Things pool owners ask.

Not covered here? Call (239) 555-0142 or send the form.

What is included in weekly service?

Every visit covers water testing and balancing, skimming, brushing the walls and steps, emptying the skimmer and pump baskets, and a look over the equipment. Chemicals are included in all three plans. Vacuuming is weekly on Complete and Premium Care, monthly on Essential.

Do you repair pool equipment?

Yes — pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, controllers, valves and pad plumbing. Repairs are quoted before any work starts. If a part is at the end of its life rather than broken, we will say so instead of replacing it twice.

Do you service salt systems?

Yes. Salt pools are the majority of what we look after here. Cells are inspected and cleaned as part of the Complete and Premium Care plans, and we replace cells and boards when they fail.

Can you handle a full renovation?

Yes. Resurfacing, waterline tile, coping, decking, lighting, water features and equipment can be planned as one project on a single schedule, rather than as separate trades you coordinate yourself.

How often does a pool need resurfacing?

It depends on the finish. Plaster typically shows its age soonest, quartz lasts longer, and pebble longest of all. Staining, rough patches underfoot and chemistry that will not hold are the usual signs it is time — we will tell you if you have a few seasons left.

Do I need to be home for service?

No. We only need reliable access to the pool and the equipment pad. If there is a gate code, a dog or a screen enclosure latch, tell us once and it goes on the account.

What happens after a storm?

Storm debris, runoff and topped-up rainwater all move the chemistry at once, and phosphates from landscaping are usually what turns a pool green afterwards. We prioritize clean-ups by how far the water has gone, and heavy debris recovery is quoted separately from the regular visit.

How do I request service?

Use the quote form below or call during office hours. Tell us the pool type and what is happening, and we will come out to look before anything is scheduled.
