Problems we solve
Most local service websites lose work in the same few places.
The site falls apart on a phone
Most people find a local contractor on their phone, often standing in the yard looking at the problem.
What we do: We design mobile-first, so the phone layout is the one we get right before anything else.
Visitors can't tell what you do or where you work
If someone has to hunt for whether you serve their city, they leave and call the next company.
What we do: Services and service areas go where people actually look — near the top, in plain language.
There's no obvious next step
A site full of information with no clear action turns interested visitors into nothing at all.
What we do: Every page has one clear action: call, request a quote, or book. Tap targets are built for thumbs.
Pages load slowly
A slow site on a cell connection loses people before your first sentence renders.
What we do: We optimize images, fonts, and JavaScript, and we measure the result on a real production build.
You can't tell what's working
Without tracking, you're guessing about where your calls come from and what to fix next.
What we do: Analytics and conversion tracking are set up at launch, then summarized for you monthly.
Nobody is maintaining it
Outdated hours, broken forms, and expired plugins quietly cost you work for months before anyone notices.
What we do: Website Care covers hosting, backups, monitoring, and small monthly updates so it stays current.

A clear path from first conversation to launch.
Step 1: Discovery
We learn how your business actually works — your services, your customers, and what a good lead looks like to you.
Step 2: Private Concept
When it's a good fit, we prepare a focused homepage direction so you can see the approach before committing.
Step 3: Scope & Deposit
We agree in writing on deliverables, timeline, responsibilities, and price before any build work starts.
Step 4: Build
We develop the website, forms, tracking, and core content — then show you real progress, not mockups.
Step 5: Review & QA
Founder review, mobile QA, factual review, and live form testing before anything goes public.
Step 6: Launch
We connect your domain, deploy the site, and confirm analytics and form delivery are working.
Step 7: Ongoing Support
We keep the site healthy and use real performance data to guide what to improve next.
Private concept
See the direction before you commit to anything.
What a concept is — and what it isn’t
- It is
- A focused preview showing direction and possibilities, built after a short conversation about your business and goals.
- It is not
- A completed free website, and not something every prospect automatically receives. We prepare one when it’s a genuine fit — that’s how we keep the quality high.

Get EstimateFounder-led
You work with the people who build your site.
Direct access
You talk to the people building your site. Not a sales rep, not an account manager reading from notes.
Clear accountability
Two names on the project. If something is wrong, you know exactly who is fixing it.
Faster communication
Questions get answered without traveling through a queue. Decisions don't wait a week.
Consistent quality control
The same two people review every page, every form, and every launch. Nothing ships unreviewed.
No handoff to an unknown team
The people who scoped your project are the people who build it and the people who support it afterward.
After launch
Your website keeps working, without you managing it.
What counts as a minor change?
A minor content change is a small edit to something that already exists on your site — the kind of update that takes us well under an hour.
- Changing text on an existing page
- Replacing an image
- Updating your hours
- Adding a seasonal promotion
- Adjusting an existing service description
New pages, new features, redesigns, and custom development are quoted separately. Unused changes do not accumulate from month to month unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Explore Website CareBeyond the website
Practical tools built around how your business actually runs.
Quote calculators
Let customers size up a job themselves — pool resurfacing square footage, screen panel counts, linear feet of seawall — and send you a qualified request instead of a vague inquiry.
Customer portals
Give clients a place to see job status, approve estimates, and find their documents without calling your office.
Automated lead follow-up
Every form submission gets an immediate, professional response, and you get a reminder if a lead goes cold.
Scheduling workflows
Route service requests to the right crew, hold time slots, and cut down the back-and-forth of booking a visit.
Dashboards
See lead volume, source, and response time in one place instead of stitching together three tools.
Integrations
Connect your website to the CRM, invoicing, or field software you already run so data stops being retyped.
Questions
Straight answers to the things owners actually ask.
How much does a website cost?
Website Launch projects start at $1,500. The final price depends on scope — how many pages you need, how many services you offer, whether we're writing content from scratch, and whether the site needs anything custom like a quote calculator or booking flow.
We give you a fixed price before any work begins. You will not get a surprise invoice at the end.
How long does a typical website take?
Most launch projects take a few weeks from deposit to launch. The single biggest factor is how quickly we can get content from you — photos, service details, and any licensing or insurance information you want shown.
We give you a target timeline in writing when we agree on scope. We don't guarantee a launch date, because a date we can't control isn't worth much to you.
What is a private website concept?
It's a focused preview of a homepage direction for your business — layout, structure, messaging, and the path we'd want your customers to take. It's meant to show you direction and possibilities before you commit to anything.
A concept is not a finished free website, and it isn't something every prospect automatically receives. We prepare one when it's a good fit, after a short conversation about your business and goals.
Do I own my website?
After the project is paid in full, the client owns the approved custom website content and final project deliverables, subject to the terms of the agreement and any licensed third-party components.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build every site with foundational on-page SEO: clean page structure, descriptive titles and headings, fast load times, mobile-friendly layouts, and a sitemap search engines can read. We also make sure your service areas are described clearly.
We do not guarantee rankings, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Search results depend on competition, your review profile, your Google Business Profile, and factors no agency controls. What we can commit to is doing the fundamentals properly and improving based on what the data shows.
Can you build tools beyond a website?
Yes, and it's a real part of what we do. Quote calculators, customer portals, automated lead follow-up, scheduling workflows, dashboards, internal tools, intake systems, and integrations with software you already use.
These are quoted after discovery, because the right tool depends entirely on how your business actually runs. We'd rather understand the workflow first than sell you something generic.
