Thornquil Care
Maintenance built around a cooling season that never really ends.
Two visits a year, the same measurements taken each time, and a place near the front of the queue when something does go wrong. No term, no lock-in, and no pretending a plan prevents every failure.
Care Essential
$17per month
or $180 paid annually
The maintenance interval this climate actually needs, plus a better place in the schedule when something goes wrong.
- Two scheduled inspection visits a year, before and after peak season
- Condensate drain clearing and treatment at every visit
- Electrical measurement: capacitor values, contactor condition, amp draw
- Refrigerant charge verified against the equipment's target
- Members are placed ahead of non-members in the day's routing
- No after-hours or weekend rate on member calls
- 10% off flat-rate repairs
- Your readings kept as a running history rather than a stack of receipts
- One system. Additional systems at a reduced rate.
Membership starts after the first inspection, so you see the condition report before you commit to anything.
Care Complete

- Standard filters supplied and changed at each visit
- Coil cleaning when the inspection calls for it, at no additional cost
- 15% off flat-rate repairs
- No diagnostic fee on member repair calls

Commercial agreements
Priced per unit after a site walk, with the scope written out rather than bundled into hours you cannot audit. Includes an equipment register, a single reporting format across every unit, and a rolling view of what should be replaced rather than repaired again.
What a visit covers
A measurement appointment, not a cleaning service.
Drain line service
Clear and treat the condensate drain, test the safety float. The single highest-value item on this coast and the most common cause of an emergency call.
Electrical measurement
Capacitor values under load, contactor condition, amp draw against nameplate, and connection torque. Weak capacitors are visible on a meter long before they strand anyone.
Coil and airflow condition
Condenser and evaporator coil condition, blower wheel cleanliness, filter fit, and static pressure across the system.
Refrigerant verification
Superheat and subcool checked against the equipment's own target. A system low on charge is a system with a leak, and it gets reported as one.
A trend report you keep
Every visit's readings recorded against the last, so you can see what is changing. Equipment does not fail suddenly nearly as often as people think.
Financing
Financing, presented honestly
Replacement systems can be financed through third-party lenders rather than paid up front. Thornquil does not lend, does not set the terms, and does not decide who qualifies — we present the options at estimate time and you deal with the lender directly.
Shown on the estimate, not after it
Where financing is available, the written proposal shows the equivalent monthly figure alongside the total, so the comparison between options is like for like.
Approval is the lender's decision
All financing is subject to credit approval by the lender. Terms, rates and eligibility come from them, and they can differ from anything discussed beforehand.
It is never a condition
You are not required to finance, and the price of the work does not change based on how you choose to pay for it.
DEMO CONTENT — no lender relationship exists, no rates are offered, and nothing on this page is a credit offer. In a live build this section would name the actual finance partner and carry their required disclosures.
Questions
About the plans
Am I locked in?
No. The plan runs month to month and can be stopped at the end of any billing month. Nothing carries a term commitment, and there is no fee for leaving.
What does 'priority' actually mean?
That members are placed ahead of non-members when the day's schedule is built. It is a position in the queue, which we control. It is not a guaranteed arrival time — that would depend on traffic, parts and how many systems failed that morning, and nobody can honestly promise it.
What if I have more than one system?
Additional systems are added at a reduced rate rather than at full price, since the technician is already at the property.
Does the plan cover repairs?
It reduces the price of repairs rather than covering them. A plan that claimed to cover parts and labour without a written contract behind it would be a promise we could not keep, and this demo does not make promises of that kind.
Start with one visit and a condition report.
You do not have to join anything to find out what shape your system is in. Book the inspection, read the numbers, then decide.
