Six kinds of roofing work
Roof problems arrive in very different shapes. These are the six we are asked for, each with what it covers, what it includes and what it costs you in disruption.
Roof Replacement
Full tear-off and rebuild with the deck inspected, re-nailed and documented before anything new goes down.
- The roof is past 15–20 years
- Leaks in more than one place
- Granule loss, cupping or cracked tile field
Roof Repair
Leak diagnosis and targeted repair — including an honest answer when a repair is the wrong spend.
- A stain that grows after rain
- Missing shingles or displaced tile
- Damaged flashing or boot
Storm Damage
Emergency tarping, dated damage documentation, and a written scope your claim process can actually use.
- Visible damage after a named storm
- Water entering during the event
- Your neighbors are having roofs looked at
Metal Roofing
Standing seam and metal systems specified for salt exposure, wind uplift and the long hold.
- You are within a few miles of the water
- You intend to hold the property
- You want a low-maintenance roof
Shingle Roofing
High-wind-rated architectural shingles installed to the enhanced nailing pattern the wind rating depends on.
- You want the most common SWFL roof done properly
- Your roof is 15+ years old
- You are balancing cost against service life
Commercial Roofing
Low-slope systems, maintenance programs and phased replacement planned around tenants and trading hours.
- Ponding water after rain
- Seam or termination failures
- Rooftop equipment changes
