Business email & Workspace

Business email on your own domain, configured to actually arrive.

Professional email at your own domain, with the authentication records configured properly — the difference between reaching the inbox and quietly landing in spam.

What this is

The short version.

Setting up Google Workspace on the domain you own, creating the accounts and role addresses your business actually uses, and configuring the DNS records that prove your mail is genuinely yours.

That last part is the part usually skipped. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are what receiving mail servers check before deciding whether your message is legitimate. Without them, mail from a new domain is treated with suspicion, and the failure is invisible — it looks like nobody replied.

You own the accounts and stay the primary administrator throughout. Google bills you directly for licenses, so there is no markup sitting between you and your own email.

Who it suits

  • Businesses still running on a personal or free email address
  • Companies whose outgoing mail keeps landing in spam folders
  • Owners who need role addresses that outlive whoever is answering them
  • Anyone who has just registered a domain and needs email attached to it correctly

Vistarela works with businesses across Cape Coral, Fort Myers & Southwest Florida. We're based in Southwest Florida and work remotely with businesses elsewhere when the project suits it.

What it solves

The problems this is usually bought to fix.

If none of these sound familiar, this probably is not the right service — and we will say so.
  • A free email address undercuts the quote

An address at your own domain is a small signal that gets read quickly, particularly against a competitor who has one.

  • Messages are not arriving

Missing or incorrect authentication records are a common cause, and nothing warns you — the mail simply is not seen.

  • Everything routes through one personal inbox

Role addresses mean inquiries, invoices and general questions can be separated and handed over without losing history.

  • Nobody wants to touch DNS

The records are unforgiving and the consequences of a mistake are immediate. It is a reasonable thing to hand to someone else.

Before you ask for a quote

What changes the number, and what to have ready.

Published prices are starting points. These are the things that move them, stated up front rather than discovered halfway through.

What the price depends on

  • How many people need their own licensed inbox
  • How many aliases, role addresses and groups are required
  • Whether historical email has to be migrated from an existing provider
  • Whether ongoing administration is wanted after setup
  • Google's own license cost, which is billed to you directly and is not included

What to have ready

  • A registered domain, and access to where its DNS is managed
  • The list of people who need an inbox
  • The role addresses you want, such as info, sales or billing
  • Details of any existing email provider mail should move from

Afterwards

What happens once it is live.

The part most quotes leave out.
  • External sending and receiving are tested before the work is considered done
  • You keep ownership and primary administrative control of every account
  • Optional monthly administration covers routine user and alias changes
  • Mail contents are never routinely read, monitored or answered on your behalf

Questions

What people ask before starting.

See all frequently asked questions
How does business email setup work?

Business Email Setup starts at $250 and covers one domain, initial Google Workspace setup, up to five licensed users, up to ten aliases or role addresses, domain verification, standard delivery records including SPF and DKIM with initial DMARC where appropriate, sending and receiving tests, and basic administrator guidance.

The Google Workspace account is yours. You remain the primary owner and Super Admin, and Google bills you directly for licenses — that subscription cost is not included in our setup fee. Anyone needing their own inbox and login may require a paid license.

Migrating historical email, extensive device setup, compliance configuration, and archiving are quoted separately.

What does Workspace Administration cover?

$75 per month covers one domain and up to five active users: routine user, alias and group changes, basic administrator settings, basic admin-side delivery troubleshooting, up to 30 minutes of scheduled administration, and guidance on standard account and security settings.

We do not routinely read, monitor, or respond to your email, and you keep ownership and primary administrative control. This isn't unlimited technical support, and it doesn't guarantee uninterrupted delivery or recovery of deleted information.

Will my website show up on Google?

We build with sound fundamentals: clean structure, descriptive titles and headings, fast loading, mobile-friendly layouts, and a readable sitemap.

We don't guarantee rankings, and it's worth being sceptical of anyone who does. Search results depend on competition, your reviews, your Google Business Profile, and factors no developer controls.
