What this is

The short version.

A monthly arrangement covering the work a live website needs but rarely gets: hosting, dependency and security updates, backups, uptime checks, and a defined allowance of time for the small changes that keep it accurate.

The included time is a stated monthly allowance, not an unlimited support promise. It is written down precisely because that is the detail people are usually surprised by later. Unused time does not roll over.

A plan is genuinely optional. If you would rather host the site yourself or use another provider, we will hand it over cleanly — the build does not depend on staying with us.

Your website stays online, current and looked after — and an hour of changes each month is included.

Hosting, updates, backups and support are included every month no matter how much you need them. The included HOUR applies to change requests, and it is ONE TOTAL HOUR per month — not one hour per request, and not one hour per category. It can be used for text changes, image changes, small layout adjustments, minor design refinements, basic content additions, corrections, or small technical adjustments to existing functionality. Unused time does not roll over.

Everything in Managed Hosting & Care, plus three hours a month spent improving what is already working.

The three hours are the TOTAL monthly allowance — they replace the lower plan's one hour rather than adding to it. Typical uses: new landing-page sections, refining important pages, improving forms and calls to action, adding approved content, small features, and analytics review. Unused time does not roll over.

Do I have to take a monthly plan?

No. Managed Hosting & Care and Growth Hosting & Partnership are both optional. You can launch and manage hosting yourself, or bring in someone else.

Most businesses take a plan because they'd rather not think about hosting and updates — but it's your call, and the website gets built either way.

What does Managed Hosting & Care include?

$200 per month covers hosting in our managed Vercel environment for reasonable standard usage, deployment management, routine platform and website upkeep, standard email support about the existing website, and up to one hour of scheduled website work each month.

That hour is ONE TOTAL HOUR per month — not one hour per request, and not one hour per category. It can go toward text changes, image changes, small layout adjustments, minor design refinements, basic content additions, corrections, or small technical adjustments to existing functionality. Unused time doesn't roll over.

It does not include new multi-page sections, major redesigns, new applications, advanced integrations, custom backend work, SEO campaigns, or advertising. We don't guarantee uptime, security, 24/7 availability, or emergency response.

What does Growth Hosting & Partnership include?

$500 per month includes everything in Managed Hosting & Care, plus up to three hours of scheduled design or development work, monthly prioritization of what to improve next, help reviewing your available analytics, ongoing conversion and usability observations, and priority over non-plan requests.

The three hours are the TOTAL monthly allowance — they replace the lower plan's hour rather than adding to it. Typical uses: new landing-page sections, refining important pages, improving forms and calls to action, adding approved content, small features, and analytics review. Unused time doesn't roll over.

It's an ongoing improvement relationship rather than more expensive hosting. We don't guarantee traffic, rankings, leads, sales, revenue, conversion increases, or performance scores — no one honestly can.

Where is my website hosted?

While you're on Managed Hosting & Care or Growth Hosting & Partnership, your website may run in a separate Vistarela-managed Vercel project. Every client gets an isolated project and source repository, and credentials and environment variables stay separated between clients.

Reasonable standard hosting usage is included. Unusual usage or paid external services may incur additional charges, always with your approval first.

If a plan ends, we provide a standard handoff to a compatible client-owned commercial hosting account according to your agreement. A Vercel project transfer and a source-repository transfer are separate operational steps, and outstanding invoices are resolved before final transfer. Website ownership and reusable-component licensing are governed by the written client agreement.

Do I own my website?

After final payment, website ownership and source-code rights are handled according to your written agreement, subject to any third-party license restrictions on components used.

You should own your domain name in your own account. If you'd rather not use a managed plan, we provide a standard handoff to a compatible hosting account you control.
