Website design & development

Website design and development for Southwest Florida businesses.

A website that explains what your business does, earns trust quickly, and gives the visitor one obvious next step. Designed for your business rather than adapted from a template.

What this is

The short version.

A design-and-build project that produces a complete, working website: the structure, the design, the copy layout, the forms, and the technical setup that makes it load quickly and read correctly on a phone.

Every project starts from your business rather than from a theme. We agree what the site has to accomplish, what a visitor needs to see before they trust you, and what action counts as a success — and the design follows from those answers.

You end up owning the result. The site is yours, the domain stays in your name, and nothing about the build locks you into staying with us afterwards.

Who it suits

  • Service businesses whose customers check them online before calling
  • Companies whose current site was built years ago and no longer reflects the work
  • Businesses running on a social media page and nothing else
  • Owners who want a site that is genuinely theirs, not a rented template

Vistarela works with businesses across Cape Coral, Fort Myers & Southwest Florida. We're based in Southwest Florida and work remotely with businesses elsewhere when the project suits it.

What it solves

The problems this is usually bought to fix.

If none of these sound familiar, this probably is not the right service — and we will say so.
  • The site does not look like the business

Quality of work and quality of website are assumed to match. When the site is dated, the assumption runs against you before anyone calls.

  • Visitors cannot tell what you actually do

Most weak sites are not ugly — they are vague. Clear structure and plain language resolve more hesitation than decoration does.

  • It falls apart on a phone

Most local traffic is mobile. A layout that only works on a desktop loses the visitor before the content ever gets read.

  • There is no obvious next step

A site can be attractive and still leave someone unsure how to hire you. Each page is built around one primary action.

What's included

Starting scope, and what is quoted separately.

Every project begins with discovery. Features, integrations, timing, and final pricing are confirmed in your written proposal before development begins.

Starter Website

$2,500one-time

Starting price. Final cost depends on agreed scope.

A polished professional website designed to establish trust and help customers take the next step.

Exact pages, content, functionality, and timing are confirmed before the project begins. You provide branding, finalized copy and imagery unless content work is quoted separately.

Before you ask for a quote

What changes the number, and what to have ready.

Published prices are starting points. These are the things that move them, stated up front rather than discovered halfway through.

What the price depends on

  • How many pages are genuinely needed, rather than how many can be listed
  • Whether you supply the written content or we produce it with you
  • Functionality beyond a standard contact form — booking, scheduling, portals, payments
  • Integrations with tools you already pay for, such as a CRM or newsletter platform
  • Whether photography and brand assets already exist

What to have ready

  • A clear sense of what you want the website to achieve
  • Any existing logo, brand colors and photography you already own
  • Access to your domain registrar, or the details needed to reach it
  • The services or products you want represented, and how you describe them
  • One person who can give approval, so feedback arrives as a single decision

Afterwards

What happens once it is live.

The part most quotes leave out.
  • The site goes live on infrastructure you own or that is transferred to you
  • You get a walkthrough of anything you are expected to manage yourself
  • Ongoing hosting, updates and changes are optional — see Managed Hosting & Care
  • Later work can be handled as a plan or quoted individually; neither is mandatory

Questions

What people ask before starting.

See all frequently asked questions
How much does a website cost?

A Starter Website begins at $2,500 and a Premium Website begins at $5,000. Both are starting prices — the final figure depends on how many pages you need, what functionality is involved, and whether we're producing content.

For most service businesses that's the value of one or two jobs. The website works every day after that.

Every project begins with discovery. Features, integrations, timing, and final pricing are confirmed in your written proposal before development begins.

What's the difference between Starter and Premium?

A Starter Website is a focused professional site — up to five agreed pages, a contact form, responsive layouts, and two revision rounds. It's built to establish trust and get customers to take the next step.

A Premium Website is scoped individually. It's for businesses that need more pages, a more distinctive design direction, editable content, richer interactions, or approved integrations.

If you're not sure which fits, describe the business and we'll tell you honestly which one it is — including if the answer is the cheaper one.

How long does a project take?

It depends on scope and on how quickly content and feedback come back. Your proposal includes a target timeline based on the work actually agreed.

We don't publish fixed completion dates on the website, because a date promised before anyone has seen your project isn't worth much.

Do I own my website?

After final payment, website ownership and source-code rights are handled according to your written agreement, subject to any third-party license restrictions on components used.

You should own your domain name in your own account. If you'd rather not use a managed plan, we provide a standard handoff to a compatible hosting account you control.

What isn't included in the starting price?

Ecommerce, booking systems, memberships, custom databases, extensive copywriting, photography, advanced animation, and custom integrations aren't part of a Starter Website. Any of them can be added — they're quoted separately so the base price stays honest.

Domain registration, paid software, and third-party subscriptions are billed to you directly by those providers.
